Albion Hills Trail Day, April 20

JUNE 22-23, 2024 | Albion Hills Conservation Park

Join Us for Trail Maintenance Day at Albion Hills Conservation Park!

Saturday, April 20 from 10 am until 3 pm

Spring is in the air, and it’s time to give back to the trails that have given us so much joy! Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just someone who loves the outdoors, your help will significantly prepare the trails for a season of adventure.

What’s Happening?

Trail maintenance is not just about keeping the paths clear; it’s about ensuring they are sustainable and enjoyable for everyone. From general riding to weekly races and our 24 hour, these trails see a lot of action! The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) park staff and Sean Ruppel from Chico will be leading the charge. But they need your hands to make the magic happen.

Meet-Up Details

We’re gathering at the parking lot in the main chalet—make sure you are there a bit before 10 a.m. If you can only spare the morning, no worries! There’s a shorter shift from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Every minute of your time contributes to the trails’ well-being.

What to Bring?

  • Sturdy shoes are a must (the trails will thank you).
  • We’ll supply the tools, but bring them along if you have rakes and shovels.
  • Please dress for the weather, but assume you’ll get a bit dirty (it’s part of the fun!).

Perks? You bet! Not only will you enjoy the satisfaction of improving the trails, but we’ll also keep you fueled with snacks, water, drinks and pizza. It’s our way of saying thanks for your hard work and dedication.

Thank You!

Your participation means the world to us and every rider and visitor to Albion Hills. Let’s unite and make our trails the best they can be for the upcoming season. See you there!
