Essential Guide

Welcome to our 24 Hours of Summer Solstice Event! Whether you’re a seasoned participant or your first time, here’s a quick guide to ensure you make the most of the event.

01

Form Your Dream Team

Gather friends you’d love to ride and camp with. This forms the base of your team.

02

Registration & Team Management

  • Appoint a team manager to kick-start the registration process.
  • Choose a category that suits your team best.
  • Chico Tip: Ensure commitment from your teammates by having them pay for their spots upfront. Keep a list of backup riders, in case someone falls sick or can’t make it. Alternatively, our rider find forum is a great place to find teammates before the event!
03

Complete the Essentials

All team members should complete online waivers before the event.

04

Campsite Setup

Arrive and set up at your designated campsite. This will be your base for the event, so make it cozy!

05

Event Package Collection

Assign a team member to collect your event packages from the chalet before the event starts.

06

Team Captain's Meeting

Join the team captain’s meeting at 11 am (an hour before the start). This is crucial to be informed about any new rules, regulations, or course changes. Anyone from your team is welcome to attend this briefing.

07

Get Set, Ready!

Riders must obtain a sticker for their number plate, indicating they’re approved and ready to hit the track.

08

The Race Begins

  • Kick-off with one rider from your team at 12:00 pm.
  • The freedom is yours! Assign any rider for any lap, whenever you like.
  • Taking a break? That’s okay! Simply return your timing chip to the timing tent. When you’re recharged and ready, you can restart.

Remember, this event is not just about the race, but the camaraderie, the thrill, and the passion for riding. Enjoy every moment, ride safely, and make lasting memories!
