24 Hours - 2021 looks good!

24 Hours of Summer Solstice 2021 Update

Dear Chico Racing Supporters,

We are excited that due to covid-19 vaccine deployment, our rescheduled 24 Hours of Summer Solstice taking place on August 28-29, 2021 is likely a go! Ontario's reopening plan will allow large scale outdoor events with some protocols in place by Stage 3 (potentially Stage 2). Stage 3 will happen by late July at the earliest, with more details forthcoming from the Ontario government.

We will organize the 24 Hours of Summer Solstice with all covid-19 protocols in place. The protocols will likely mean limitations to organized social activities, spectating in the main event area, and staggered starts. Bringing our event back this season will be a miracle, and we are excited to host a terrific event weekend at Albion Hills!

The first opportunities to participate will be for teams already registered for our 2020 event. I expect to open up limited online registration for the rest of the public by early July, depending on event capacities.

Thank you very much for your continued support and patience, as we look forward to a return to events late this summer!

Happy trails,

Adam Ruppel,

Chico Racing
